Don't guys like Roissy realize that making this accusation actually lends even MORE power to the pussy? Gives even the most ridiculous of Feminist stereotypes actual validity in their argument that men are "animals who cannot control themselves?"

Men have forgotten how to be men, but instead of taking responsibility for not being men, they've decided to use women and feminism as a scapegoat for their own social retardation. What do you expect to happen when you go to bars where every other drunk guy is pushing up on every girl there? What do you think happens when you just hit on women with a canned line that she's heard a million times in one form or another? And what do you expect women to do when they marry some loser that doesn't have a pair of balls? It's time to take responsibility.

OK, I took a moment to respond because I have mixed emotions on this one. I’ll start with the good stuff. I took my kids out of school for the day when Obama came to Dallas for the rally leading to the Democratic Nomination. Actually, I told them I was going and they ASKED if they could go, too. I was surprised, pleasantly. So, we stood in line ALL morning. When Obama’s tour bus rolled up, I was right there, maybe 10 feet from the bus. He was leaning up against the window, looking at the crowd, waving.

I disagree that the boyfriend in the first letter lacks empathy. If the writer is that insecure, she probably has pushed her boyfriend past empathy. People with that kind of anxiety often really are self-absorbed. Moreover, just like you can't love someone else if you don't love yourself, her lack of self-respect is probably coming across as a lack of respect for him. She's basically telling him over and over that she doesn't trust him to honor his commitments. That can't be pleasant for him.

My ex-wife was a pill popper and loved the taste of penis to get them. While I would be at work she would be working the pole of some guy to get her fix. She was so out of it I took my kids away from her and she then disappeared. It took therapy and a lot of forgiveness on my part to get over that. But I did and I knew there was someone decent out there and I found her. You just have to get out there otherwise that negativity will shadow you forever.
